COVID-19

Children’s Aid Societies and Indigenous Child and Family Well-Being Agencies in Ontario are essential workplaces and the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto is continuing to provide services to our children, youth and families.

The health and well-being of our community, staff, caregivers and partners are our primary concern.  With the current outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to follow recommendations from public health officials, which includes infection prevention through social/physical distancing practices.

In order to reduce person-to-person contact, our office at 2206 Eglinton Ave. East will be closed to the public until further notice. Our child protection services and other operations will continue offsite in keeping with recommended social and physical distancing practices.

Most of our staff will be working remotely during this time and accessible via phone and email to support children, youth and families.  Any meetings, events or conferences planned during this time period have been postponed or will occur over telephone or videoconferencing.

If you have concerns that a child or youth is being harmed or at risk, please contact us at 416-395-1500. You can reach us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We apologize for any inconvenience these measures may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
