COVID-19

Children’s Aid Societies and Indigenous Child and Family Well-Being Agencies in Ontario are essential workplaces and the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto is continuing to provide services to our children, youth and families.

The health and well-being of our community, staff, caregivers and partners are our primary concern.  With the current outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to follow recommendations from public health officials, which includes infection prevention through social/physical distancing practices.

Our office at 2206 Eglinton Ave. East is open for scheduled appointments, as well as drop-ins.

You will be asked screening questions when you attend our office. There are signs on the doors that outline these screening questions: if you answer yes to any of the questions, please call us at 416-395-1500 to reschedule your appointment.

You can access the screening questions here in English and French.

Most of our staff are working in the community to support children, youth and families.  Meetings, events or conferences planned will occur over telephone, videoconferencing, in home and in person visits.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have concerns that a child or youth is being harmed or at risk, please contact us at 416-395-1500. You can reach us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
